Important Information Regarding W-2 Forms
W-2 forms are no longer being distributed with your pay check as in the past. They will now be mailed to each employee from the Los Angeles County Office of Education, therefore it is important that we have your correct address when we send LACOE AUSD's employee information.
This should also serve as a reminder that if and when you have a change of address or phone number you must always immediately inform the Human Resources Department to ensure that you continue to receive important information via US Postal Service or by phone message.
W-2 forms have been mailed to each employee's home address. If you did not receive your form, contact the Human Resources Department to confirm they have your correct address on file.
