The School Board usually meets for one study session and one regular meeting each month. Most meetings are held in the Board Room of the district office, located at 546 S. Citrus Ave. in Azusa. If an alternate location is selected for a meeting, it will be indicated on the meeting schedule and on the homepage google calendar. Meetings in the Board Room and at schools are live-streamed on the AUSD YouTube channel.

Meetings begin with a closed session or an open study (informational) session. During regular meetings, agenda items are considered at 7 p.m. Please check the meeting agenda, as start times and meeting locations may vary.

Certain confidential matters regarding employees, individual students, and collective bargaining are discussed in closed session, as required by California law. The School Board does not discuss complaints against individual employees in an open meeting.
