Clearances and  Physicals for the 2022-23 school year are now being accepted.  Students must have the Medical Information completed prior to getting the physical. Students may download the form from the school website https://ca50000573.schoolwires.net/ahsathletics or from www.Athleticclearance.com.

​The physical form may be downloaded from athleticclearance.com or stop and pick up the forms in the Main Office by the athletic director's office.
